This is probably one of the fastest and tastiest pasta dishes. The combination of the savoury Tomato sauce, sweet raisins, roasted nuts and crunchy breadcrumbs creates a perfect comfort food.


Ingredients for 1 person 
  • 200g Linguine
  • 6 tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs anchovies
  • 3 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 tbs raisins
  • 1 tbs pine nuts
  • 1 tbs breadcrumbs

Put your pasta in a pot of boiling saltwater. If you do everything right, your sauce will be ready before your pasta is cooked.
Heat up the olive oil in a large pan. Cut the garlic into thin slices and add them and the anchovies into your hot oil. Wait until they turn into a fine paste. In a second pan, fry the breadcrumbs with a little olive oil and salt. Add Italian herbs if you so desire.
Add the tomato paste and raisins to the first pan and turn down the heat.
When your pasta is cooked, add it with a little bit of its cooking water to the sauce. Plate it and sprinkle with the pine nuts and roasted
